• Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. depending on carrier speed and location.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

• Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

• Free shipping promotions, if available, will be clearly stated on our website or at checkout.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your details before placing your order.

• If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at kohigumofficial@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to update it before it leaves our facility.

• If the order has already shipped, we are not responsible for packages delivered to the address provided at checkout.

• In this case:

• You may attempt to recover the package directly from the carrier or the address listed.

• If the package is returned to us by the carrier, we will contact you. You may choose to have it reshipped to the correct address (additional shipping fees may apply).

• As a courtesy, we may offer a discount on a replacement order, but this is not guaranteed.

• Once your package is in the carrier’s possession, Kohi Gum is not liable for delays, lost, or stolen items.

• If your order is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.

• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.
