Refund Policy

At Kohi Gum, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Since Kohi Gum is currently in the pre-order stage:

• Pre-orders are refundable up until the product ships. If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please fill out the contact form on our website with your order details.

• Once the product has shipped, refunds will no longer be available for pre-orders.

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at kohigumofficial@gmail.com Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

We do not offer refunds for products that have been opened or used unless they are defective or damaged.​

​Refund requests for unopened and unused products must be made within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Sample products, promotional items, and products marked as "final sale" are not eligible for refunds.

​Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
